Richelle has more than 35 years of experience in the martial arts and fitness industry. During those years, she owned and operated two martial arts schools and two fitness centers, training more than 30 Black Belts, close to 20 Arkansas State Champions and 3+ Black Belts ranked in the Top Ten of the ATA.
Her commitment to physical well-being is the same dedication she brought to earning the title of Arkansas State Champion in Martial Arts and being named among the Top Twelve Women in Martial Arts nationally.
Her many years of physical and mental training naturally led her to pursue a career in massage therapy.
Richelle received her formal massage training from the American University of Healing Arts. After graduating in 2010, she became a Licensed Massage Therapist in Arkansas. In addition to Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, Richelle is skilled in Lymph Drainage massage and a variety of other therapeutic techniques. Richelle is well known for her Therapeutic Massage.
She continues to pursue additional education and training to expand her knowledge and massage therapy skills. Her extensive background in health, fitness, and massage therapy gives her a unique perspective and allows her to provide a customized therapeutic massage tailored to each client’s individual needs.
When Richelle isn’t helping her clients relax and feel their best, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and family, cruising, hiking, or simply kicking back and listening to her collection of vinyl records.
Richelle looks forward to helping you relax, recharge, and find the relief your body needs.
